The Cause Of Catching Flu Is Easily Accompanied By Blood?
Morning doctor r nI am a student, aged 23 years r nI have a weak immune system and are very susceptible to catching colds, when exposed to dust, drinking cold drinks, my weather changes are very easy to catch this prolonged flu I have experienced since 3 years ago and until at this time. but in the last few months my runny nose is often mixed with blood but not much and often occurs in the right nose. The left nose is not that often, runny nose mixed with blood. I only take cold medicine when a cold is accompanied by a fever. If I have a cold, I don’t take medication because it is common to get the flu every day. R nSome time ago, I had a severe headache last night. but not accompanied by a nosebleed. r nIs a day and until now I often get headaches on the right side of the doctor. r nThis morning my head still hurts a little but only in the right side and the blood comes out in the nose on the right r n or not a doctor and what should I do. r nThank you in advance 😊
Hello Lara, thank you for the question for HealthReplies.com
The symptoms that you experience can be caused by several possibilities, including:
sinusitis (inflammation of the sinuses) allergic rhinitis polyps in the nose, tumors of the nose or nasopharynx If you look at your history, you may have allergic rhinitis or a runny nose caused by a substance allergy to certain substances. Allergic rhinitis that is prolonged or recurrent, can cause the sinus outlet to become blocked, causing complications in the form of sinusitis. Sinusitis which causes further symptoms in you such as a persistent runny nose, a nose that bleeds easily, and also a headache. However, to determine with certainty the cause of your disease, it's a good idea to check with an ENT doctor. The doctor will carry out an examination into your nasal cavity directly, and suggest doing certain tests such as X-rays or CT scans.
For now a few things you can do:
Recognize and avoid allergens Do not pick your nose often and don't blow your nose too hard Use a nasal spray saline if you feel your nose is blocked You can also inhale warm water for example when you take a shower to help reduce nasal congestion You can take anti-pain medications such as paracetamol to help relieve your headache. Drink more to help thin the fluids and mucus in your nose. Make sure you eat enough, and get enough sleep and rest every day.
So much information from me, hopefully it will be enough to answer
