The Cause Of Chest Pain Is Accompanied By Tightness And Anxiety?
Good night. I am Fadhlul Umir 24 years old. I want to ask. I have a problem with a slightly less average 45 – 55 pulse per minute. I’ve checked with a cardiologist, dr EKG, ECO, Holter heart rhythm and Treadmill. I did the treadmill about 2 weeks ago. The results of all the heart doctors said that it was okay, indeed there was bradycardia but the pump in the heart was still normal. However, it has been 3 days since I felt my chest was like a pain in a single stab. Like amgin, it didn’t take long for a stab like that, but my left and right hands hurt like pain from the elbows to the fingers. and that is also the current hospital sometimes it goes away sometimes it appears. And often wind through belching. I also felt tight for 3 days but within 10 minutes the tightness disappeared. Indeed, since I felt my bradycardia I often had a tightness. But I didn’t feel like chest pain and soreness in my hands became anxious, indeed from the results of my heart examination it was bgs, but why 3 days I felt things like above, is this wind sitting or is it a sign of a heart attack?
If there is a heart defect, of course, the tests you have done are enough to detect whether there is an abnormality. So, you shouldn't worry too much, unless there are factors that can cause heart disease such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, blood disorders, or have autoimmune diseases, such as lupus and so on.
The characteristics of chest pain in people with heart disease can be less typical, but they usually have the following characteristics:
Dull pain, such as being crushed by a very heavy weight. Getting worse when doing activities, getting better when resting
Chest pain besides heart disease also has many causes, for example:
GERD (acid reflux disease), can cause tightness, heat / pain in the gut, belching, etc.Pain due to injury to muscles or bones in the chest area Diseases of the lungs, such as pleurisy, pneumonia, etc. Pancreatitis, inflammation of the pancreas Panic attacks
There are many other causes. If you feel worried, you should check with your doctor to find out the cause. The doctor will do a question and answer, physical examination, or if necessary will suggest x-rays, blood tests, CT scans or other examinations related to the complaint.
Hopefully this is useful,
