The Cause Of Difficulty Breathing Air Through The Nose?
I want to ask .. why is it that for almost a few years now my nose is hard to breathe and it’s also hard to breathe through my nose even though I don’t have a cold?
Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com,
Difficulty in breathing air that occurs repeatedly can be caused by several possibilities, including:
Upper respiratory tract infections, especially the nose. Can be caused by viruses / bacteria, can cause symptoms of colds and nasal congestion. Allergy. Can be a reaction to dust, cold weather, or other triggers. Can cause recurring symptoms, especially in changes in weather, the morning or night feels heavier. There is a foreign body in the nostril so that it feels a blockage when breathing through the nose. Lumps on the inside of the nostrils such as polyps or other types of lumps that block the airways through the nose. In this condition, it is necessary to do further examination by consulting a doctor or ENT specialist. Need to check with a tool that can visualize the nasal cavity and look for the cause of complaints that have lasted several years as you experience. Some possible medications through oral medication, nasal sprays, or surgery can be a treatment modality depending on the results of the examination being undertaken.
Avoid using drugs without consulting and doctor's instructions, avoid manipulating the nasal area using any device.
Hopefully this information helps you,
