The Cause Of Dizziness And Breathing Feels Heavy?
Good evening, these days I often feel dizzy. 2 days ago, at night I experienced tension in the left neck accompanied by migraines and my eyes felt squinting. But after being given the tension cream disappeared, but the headache moved to the fontanel. Once forced to sleep I even felt nauseous to vomit. After being examined the doctor said only migraine. But lately I feel heavy breathing and light dizziness. Why do you think? What should I do? thanks.
Hello, thanks for the question.
Headaches are a condition that is often experienced by someone. These headaches can be primary or unknown causes or secondary headaches, namely headaches caused by other underlying diseases. Primary headache, can be a tension headache, migraine, or cluster headache. The causes of these primary headaches can be fatigue, lack of sleep (insomnia), dehydration, stress, and so forth. Tension headaches are characterized by tension in the neck and head, while migraines are characterized by throbbing headaches on one or both sides of the head and cluster headaches are characterized by severe headaches on the front of the head, spreading to the eyes, sometimes making the eyes turn red. These headache complaints can sometimes be accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Secondary causes of headaches can be caused by diseases such as sinusitis, infection or inflammation of the lining of the brain, bleeding in the head, high blood pressure, tumors or malignancy. If the complaint is disturbing, especially if it lasts a long time and there is no improvement after taking the drug or it gets worse it should consult a neurologist, the doctor will conduct a thorough examination and additional examinations if necessary, such as blood tests, x-rays, CT scans, MRI, and etcetera. Handling will be adjusted to the cause of the complaint. Adequate rest, consumption of healthy and nutritious food, adequate fluid needs, avoid smoking and alcohol consumption, control risk factors such as overweight, high blood pressure, diabetes, consuming too much caffeine, consuming too much pain relievers, or habits sleep late.
Thus, hopefully it helps
