The Cause Of Easy Hands Cramps To Tingling?
When I’m driving, I often cramp my right and left hands. Just walking around 2 kms, cramping hands, and must be positioned down to normal again. The new road vehicle will be cramping again in 5 minutes. And also once the sole of my left foot felt like something was rustling, like that, sreeet, sreeet, within 3 days. Even at night I often wake up in a cramped / tingling hand and can’t be moved.
Hello, Thank you for the question.
Tingling complaints, known as paresthesias, usually occur suddenly on the hands and feet. In addition to tingling, paresthesias can also be felt like feeling numb, prickling, and numbness or numbness. This condition can be felt temporarily (temporarily) or in the long term (chronic). In general, everyone has experienced temporary paresthesias. Temporary paraesthesia is caused by nerve pressures by a part of the body, for example when sitting cross-legged or sleeping on hands. The symptoms of paresthesias will disappear when the pressure on the nerves is removed. However, if this complaint occurs without any connection with nerve pressure by a part of the body then this condition can be caused by a certain medical condition such as:
hernia nucleus pulposus
narrowing of the nerve tract in the spine
injury that causes nerve damage
injury to nerves due to repetitive movements
Vitamin B1, B6, B12 deficiency
nerve disorders such as multiple sclerosis
carpal tunnel syndrome
Due to the large number of possible medical conditions that cause this complaint, to be sure, please consult your neurologist immediately, especially if this complaint has been going on for a long time. Your doctor needs to ask further about your complaints, examine you, and perform other tests such as blood tests, X-rays, CT scans, MRI, EMG, and others. From the doctor's examination will be known medical conditions that underlie this complaint and then the doctor will be able to determine further treatment.
For now, please do the following:
avoid pressing a part of the body by other body parts such as sleeping with your hands on it
avoid repetitive movements
usually to take regular breaks if you have to do repetitive movements
Hopefully this information helps you.
