The Cause Of Emotions Easily Changes Dramatically In A Short Time?
Afternoon, I am 22 years old. I have emotions that change easily in a short time. I initially thought that it was normal for mood reasons, but this end “without any apparent reason” emotions changed. I was joking with a friend, but for an instant I could suddenly be quiet, angry or vice versa. I am aware of the change.
Good evening, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Emotions or feelings that easily change, is a condition called mood swing. This condition is characterized by feelings that change in quick time, it can be at one time we feel happy, then a few moments later feel sad. There are many factors that cause this, including:
Hormone conditions Physical disorders such as lung, heart, thyroid, and nervous health disorders Certain mental conditions such as bipolar disorder Mental stress, stress
But to be able to then categorize mood swing with a condition of the disorder, it is not that easy. Further examination is needed by the expert, that is a psychologist or psychiatrist to be able to really ascertain whether what you experience is really a disorder or not, and what the trigger is. So if you feel that your mood swings are bothersome and occur too often, check with your psychologist or psychiatrist to determine the cause, and determine whether you really need further treatment or not.
In the meantime, try to be more introspective of what caused the change in yourself. Does your friend say something offensive or other that makes your feelings change in a short time. Try to examine what factors might be influential in your daily life, and convey them at your meeting with psychologists and psychiatrists. So, hopefully answering your question.
