The Cause Of Excessive Anxiety And Excessive Thinking About Other People?
Lately, I feel anxious and overthingking with everyone, for example if I see people who are chatting and when I’m suddenly quiet, or see people laughing while glancing at me, or people are chatting while glancing at me. I’m always overthinking and thinking if they talk about me and don’t want to interact with me, is this an anxiety disorder? If not what the u0026sup2 feature is; org with anxiety disorders
Thank you for the question.
Basically there are 3 types of anxiety disorders that most often occur, namely:
Panic disorder, which is a feeling of excessive panic for approximately 10 minutes which is characterized by sweating, palpitations, chest pain, feeling like going to die, fears, and trembling.
Social anxiety disorder, which is anxiety or extreme fear when faced with social situations or interactions with others, which is also coupled with a low level of self-confidence, fear of criticism, shame or fear of traveling outside the home.
Comprehensive anxiety disorder, namely excessive anxiety that persists for more than 6 months, which is often characterized by worry about many things, lack of concentration, frequent trembling and cold sweat, and muscle tension.
A feeling of overthinking or overthinking can occur to everyone and it can be a coping mechanism or a person's response to the environment or the stressors they experience. Basically it is not a problem while we can handle it with positive thinking, relaxation exercises such as doing regular meditation, and diverting our minds to something more useful like doing our hobbies. However, if these feelings are disturbing and cause disruption of daily activities, you should consult a doctor to get further evaluation and treatment.
Hopefully this information can help.
