The Cause Of Eye Pain To Headache?
For a week or so my eyes hurt but I am not red. I wonder why ? The pain is cornered near the nose and cornered on the cheek accompanied by headache. But if I start to get sick, I will go to sleep after I wake up. Clear vision. If you see far shaded but still can be seen. Please answer, thank you.
Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Pain in the eyes that you feel, can be a spread of pain from other places, such as from the sinuses. The maxillary sinus, frontalis, ermoidalis and spenoidalis are located near the corner of the eye to the nose. Sinus is an empty cavity that forms in the facial bones. The sinuses have channels connected to each other in the nose, called osteomeatal complexes (KOM). Infused sinuses are called sinusitis. Sinusitis can occur due to a blockage in KOM which often occurs in someone who has allergic rhinitis (which is characterized by sneezing and colds every morning) or chronic rhinitis (which is characterized by old pileks).
Aside from sinusitis, your complaint may also be related to the disease in the eye itself. Eye pain that is not red with normal vision can occur due to internal hordeolum. Internal Hordeolum is inflammation due to bacterial infection of hair roots, oil glands and sweat glands in the inner eyelid.
In addition, it can also be associated with other eye diseases, such as nearsightedness or myopia.
You try to do a warm compress on the sore eye, by placing a warm cloth over the eyelid when the eyes are closed. Temporarily avoid contacting the cellphone or laptop screen. Get lots of rest your eyes by sleeping for 2 days. If the complaint is getting annoying or hasn't improved in 2 days, you should consult an eye doctor. The doctor will conduct a related examination, namely a sharp examination of vision, examination with a slit lamp, examination with funduscopy and Tonometry. Treatment that doctors will give based on the cause.
Thus hopefully useful.
