Hello Nindy, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.

Reading your complaint, the complaint can be caused by several possible conditions such as:

ARI
Flu
Common cold
Sore throat
Tonsillitis
Rhinitis
Anemia
Certain nutritional deficiencies
Lack of rest

Because your complaint is not included in an emergency situation, you are still encouraged to try to do the following recommendations at home to alleviate your complaints such as:

Maintaining adequate and balanced nutritious food intake every day
Maintain a minimum of 2 liters of fluid (water) a day
Increase vegetable and fruit intake
Get adequate rest at least 6-8 hours every day
Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes every day
Avoid stress
Avoid the consumption of foods that are hard-textured, fried, spicy, and contain ice as long as complaints are still felt
You are allowed to take over-the-counter cold-cough-pain / fever medicine in the market according to the package
Not traveling out of the house for at least 14 days since the complaint was felt
Wearing a mask during complaints is felt
Wash your hands with soap and water regularly

If your complaint does not improve after taking the drug for at least 3-4 days or is getting heavier, it is strongly recommended to consult a doctor directly for further evaluation. If there is shortness of breath or high fever (temperature reaches 38 degrees Celsius or more), immediately to the hospital emergency room to get further treatment.

I hope this helps.
