The Cause Of Fever Is Accompanied By Headaches, Nosebleeds And Vomiting Blood?
Good afternoon, I have a question. If I’m under stress I often have headaches with fever, and even if it’s severe I can get nosebleeds vomiting blood. It happens a lot. The blood is dark red too, but if I’m healthy I feel fine. What disease do you think I have? Explanation please. Thank you
Hello sister goddess,
fever accompanied by headaches, nosebleeds and vomiting of blood can generally be caused by conditions such as: fever makes the nasal blood vessels fragile causing a nosebleed that partly comes out of the nose and partly flows into the throat causing nausea and vomiting. Other conditions such as blood clotting disorders that make bleeding easily and difficult to stop. Thick black vomiting can be caused by digestive tract conditions such as stomach ulcers or ulcers.
Stress or feeling depressed, disappointed and a burden on the mind can cause physical decline, panic and psychosomatic symptoms that aggravate the physical body.
If symptoms arise, you should see a doctor for immediate help. Examinations that can be done include blood hematology examinations, blood clotting time checks to rhinoscopy and endoscopy to check the condition of the nose and stomach. Medications given such as nasal tampons when the nosebleed, drugs to help stop bleeding, or stomach lining drugs if necessary, the initial headache medication can be with paracetamol if it does not improve with the consumption of NSAID class drugs.
Avoid picking your nose, eat nutritious food on time, drink enough and consume vegetables and medicines to increase endurance. Get enough rest, drink enough to prevent dehydration, and avoid staying up late. Provide paracetamol for fever.
if the stressful condition interferes with the activity and way of thinking, consult a psychiatrist for further treatment and psychotherapy.
