Good evening, thanks for the question
Food allergies are excessive immune reactions to certain food ingredients. Food allergens that often cause allergies can vary, but generally are high protein foods such as milk, eggs, peanuts, soybeans, flour, and sea fish, shrimp, crabs, shellfish, chicken or eggs. Allergic reactions can take various forms, such as eczema (red nodules) and urticaria (bumps), rhinitis (runny nose, runny nose) and asthma, and non-specific symptoms and range from swelling, itching on the lips, cheeks, throat, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea.
Although allergies generally begin in childhood, first experiencing allergies in adulthood can also occur. This happens because the sensitization process of allergens which when first consuming generally does not cause symptoms, then the sensitization process takes place in a period that can not be predicted even into adulthood.
Handling in food allergic conditions is to avoid food causes or dietary therapy and therapy with drugs. Avoiding food that is sure to cause allergies, whether swallowed, skin contact, or inhaling the aroma, for example when processing food. Treatment aims to suppress allergic reactions.
