Every time I open my eyes, my eyes feel hot and runny all of a sudden. I took paracetamol and 3 hours later I took toll * miss because I thought it was just a normal fever. on the second day my fever dropped to 37 ° C. but my neck feels stiff and my appetite has diminished to this day. every time I eat, I feel nauseous and end up spewing out food that I ate before. on the third day I did not feel hungry at all from morning till this evening. I was forced to eat a little but I’m nauseous and vomiting. the conditions here I am not married and still in college …. please help 🙏

Hello Amalia, thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com.

Reading the complaints that you feel so far, they can be symptoms of one of the conditions such as:

Dengue fever
Influenza
Chikungunya
Typhus
Malaria
and several other possible conditions

Because the cause of the complaint, especially when it lasts for 3 days is quite a lot, it is highly recommended that you consult a doctor. Your doctor may advise you to do some tests such as blood tests, urine tests, and other tests depending on the consideration and also the results of the doctor's evaluation of your condition to help determine the cause of the complaint felt by you. After the cause is determined then the doctor will determine what therapy should be given to you, and whether you need hospitalization or not. Your doctor may also invite you to consult further with certain specialist doctors to ensure you get optimal therapy.

For the time being before you see a doctor, you can try to do the following:

Forcing yourself to keep eating food even though it feels uncomfortable. Eat foods that are soft and easy to digest to make it easier for you to eat these foods because food is very important to help speed up the healing process
Make sure you drink enough water every day, at least 2 liters per day so you don't get dehydrated and also help reduce your fever
Get enough rest, which is a minimum of 7-8 hours per day
Avoid excessive stress
If the headaches and fever are felt to be very disruptive to your activities, you can try again taking the drug paracetamol or ibuprofen to help reduce complaints with the appropriate dosage on the packaging
Do not use drugs other than those recommended by your doctor

I hope this helps.
