Good evening, thanks for the question
Your symptoms include headaches, nausea, tightness in the chest which can be caused by conditions:
1. Cluster type primary head pain
4. Gastroesofageal reflux
5. somatization disorder
Headaches must be evaluated based on symptoms and physical examination to find out whether there are abnormalities in the central nervous system or not. Additional tests may also be needed such as a CT scan. If there are no abnormalities in the brain, it is classified as a primary headache and the treatment is to avoid triggers and take anti-pain based on doctor's recommendations.
If based on physical examination the suspected cause is gastrointestinal disturbances in the stomach, then the handling is also the same, namely avoiding triggers and gastric protective drugs and suppressing gastric acid production.
Somatization disorder is if the examination does not find any organ abnormalities so there is a possibility due to psychological stress.
If complaints are more frequent vomiting or shortness of breath increases, you should immediately check your condition to the doctor. Avoid excessive stress, consumption of nutritious foods and not delay eating, and ensure adequate hydration to prevent symptoms from getting worse.
That's all, hope you can help
