The Cause Of Hearing Loss Accompanied By Chills At Night?
Hello, I’m 17 years old, I have otitis externa, and have been doing outpatient treatment for 6 days, the inflammation has subsided enough, but why are the ears still clogged and feverish only at night? Thank you
OK, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Ear complaints feel clogged ears like:
- Otitis externa: inflammation of the external ear, can be caused by viruses or bacteria. Symptoms are felt in the form of ear pain, ear feels full.
- Corpus Alienum or foreign objects that enter the ear, can be caused by the entry of insects or other objects such as cotton buds, which usually causes discomfort to the ear pain, ear clogged.
-Perum prop or earwax that accumulates and causes discomfort and full ears, usually can be caused by the habit of cleaning the ear incorrectly. Symptoms in the form of ears feel full.
Should be checked back to the ENT doctor, to be reviewed about complaints that are felt now.
Some suggestions that can be done
- Avoid prying ears
- Avoid dripping ear medication without a doctor's prescription
- Avoid swimming for a while
Hope it helps, thanks.
