Hello Akang, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.

Reading your complaint, the complaint can be caused by a number of possible conditions such as:

Heart rhythm disorders (arrhythmias)

Heart pump disorders
Angina pectoris
Anemia
Tension in the muscles
Stomach acid disease
Psychosomatic disorders
Panic Disorder
Anxiety Disorders

Because one of the possible causes of your complaint is a disturbance in the heart, it is highly recommended that you consult the complaint further to the doctor for direct evaluation. You may be advised to do additional tests such as chest x-ray, heart record (ECG), treadmill test, or other tests in accordance with the doctor's consideration to ascertain the cause of your complaint. After determining the cause, then you can also determine what therapy should be given to you, and it is also very likely that you will be encouraged to consult further with a specialist in a particular field to ensure that you get optimal therapy.

For now, besides going to the doctor, you are recommended to:

Pay more attention to what conditions trigger or aggravate your complaint, if any, avoid as much as possible
Limit consumption of foods high in salt, sugar and fat
Increase vegetable and fruit intake
Adjust your diet so that it's not late every day
Do light exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day
Avoid stress
Avoiding cigarettes, alcoholic drinks and caffeinated drinks
Get adequate rest at least 6-8 hours a day
You are allowed to take pain medications such as paracetamol according to the dosage on the packaging until further advice from your doctor

If complaints of chest pain are felt to be getting worse with the characteristics of pain in the left chest, such as being pressed by heavy objects, spreading to the arms / neck / left jaw, accompanied by cold sweat, nausea / vomiting, palpitations, severe shortness of breath, immediately go to the nearest hospital emergency room to get treatment immediately.

I hope this helps.
