The Cause Of Irregular Menstruation?
I menstruate on May 1 to 8. Menstruation again May 28 through June 5. But on June 7 I was bleeding again but only a little for one day. After that I haven’t menstruated until now, are there any abnormalities? But the body and my breasts ache like when they want to menstruate.
Hello. Thank you for the question submitted to HealthReplies.com. We can understand the concern you feel.
What is the pattern of your menstrual cycle during the last 3 months? Your complaint may be a symptom of menstrual disorders. There are several possible forms of menstrual disorders with characteristics as you complain, including:
Menometroragia (increased volume or duration of menstrual bleeding and accompanied by irregular intervals between menstrual periods)
Hypermenorrhoea / menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding (> 80 mL blood) and / or duration is extended [> 7 days] but the time interval between periods remains normal)
Metroragia (menstrual bleeding with irregular inter-menstrual time intervals)
Menstrual disorders can be caused by problems in the reproductive organs (uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes / tubes, ovaries) or by other factors outside the reproductive system (hormonal disorders, side effects of drugs [for example due to the use of hormonal contraception], blood clotting disorders, stress). If the complaint is felt to be so disturbing, we advise you to consult directly with a specialist obstetric and gynecologist so that the exact cause of menstrual disorders can be identified. In addition to the history and physical examination, the doctor may plan a supportive examination according to the indications found, for example in the form of ultrasound examination (ultrasound), blood, and CT-scan.
As a suggestion, you are advised to take the following steps:
Get enough rest
Consumption of balanced nutritious food regularly
Keep your weight within the normal range
Routine physical exercise or sports
Manage stress well
