hello, I lately always avoid the crowd when in the office, even at lunch, I choose to eat alone in the room, if there are my colleagues who invite lunch together with a large number of people, I will refuse the invitation because it was not make me comfortable. these feelings often appear within a week. a few months ago, I once did “cutting” when I had problems in a love relationship or when I felt I was really feeling depressed, but now I slowly stop doing that and turn into I prefer to be alone.
