The Cause Of Prolonged Nausea Accompanied By Vomiting?
Hello, I’m 20 years old. Since yesterday I was sick. Nausea from yesterday morning. Then yesterday vomited. Now, what’s the nausea, why? The symptoms are only nausea, no headache, no stomach ache. Thanks
Thank you for the question.
Nausea and vomiting most often occur due to digestive disorders, such as food allergies, dyspepsia, inflammation of the intestine, digestive infections, poisoning, lactose intolerance, and so on. It is also possible, nausea and vomiting occur due to disorders of other organ systems, such as stones or kidney infections, cystitis, pre menstrual syndrome, early signs of pregnancy, migraine, vertigo, liver disorders, meningitis, brain tumors, hypertension, psychological disorders, side effects of drugs, etc.
Nausea needs to be watched out for if it does not improve within 1-3 days with natural treatments such as the following:
Compress warm stomach nausea Eat a little but often Do not eat foods that are acidic, spicy, fatty, oily, and contain a lot of gas Do not also consume soft drinks and caffeinated Drink more warm water Do not indiscriminate snacking Rest more, rest your head and higher chest No sadness or excessive anxiety Don't take any medicine without doctor's advice Nausea and vomiting that don't heal usually occur because of more serious conditions. For that, you need to see yourself directly to the doctor or intern doctor if your condition does not improve either.
I hope this helps.
