The Cause Of Red Bruises Appear On The Hands Without Symptoms?
Hello my name is ayu I am 19 I want to ask in my hand there is a red bruise but I don’t feel hit, and even when I press it isn’t that dangerous?
Hello Rahayu Ayhu,
A bruise is a condition of blood coming out of a vein into the surrounding tissue. Bruising can occur in the subcutaneous tissue, so that the discoloration of the skin starts with purplish red color and then gradually fades. Bruising can occur due to a trauma / injury such as a collision or a blow. But there are several types of bruises that arise spontaneously without a trauma or just because of a mild trauma (in others it does not cause bruising).
Various diseases or medical conditions that can have symptoms of bruising are as follows:
Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
Disseminated intravascular coagulation
Impaired platelet function
In addition to the above causes there are many more medical conditions related to the symptoms of bruising. Therefore, if bruises occur fairly often without a clear history of trauma or accompanied by other symptoms of spontaneous bleeding (eg nosebleeds, heavy and long periods), you should do an examination with a doctor.
The doctor needs to ask about the history of the complaint, risk factors, accompanying symptoms, family history, and treatment history. Then the doctor will do a physical examination and ask for some additional examinations to distinguish these diagnoses. Supporting examinations that may be done are routine blood tests, complete blood counts, examination of bleeding functions, examination of blood clotting factors, and so forth. Handling and treatment are usually given according to the patient's diagnosis determined from the examination.
Thus the explanation from me, hopefully useful.
