The Cause Of Shortness Of Breath Accompanied By Dizziness After Contact With TB Sufferers?
Good afternoon. I want to ask, yesterday night my chest felt tight, and and until this afternoon it still feels tight but not as crowded as yesterday. Last month I interacted with my friend who was infected with TB, lately I often drink coffee and study and write while sleeping on my stomach, sometimes when my head tightness is also sometimes dizzy. Do you think I have TB or because of the effects of coffee? Thanks.
Thank you for the question.
Contact with TB sufferers (tuberculosis, tuberculosis) can indeed increase your risk of contracting this disease. However, shortness of breath and dizziness do not always refer to TB. It could also be that this complaint arises because of other causes, for example:
Dyspepsia (increased stomach acid) --- one of which can be triggered by excessive coffee consumption
Others, such as congestive heart failure, heart attacks, excessive anxiety disorders, allergies, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, ARI, electrolyte balance disorders, and so on
You can overcome this condition with the following steps:
Avoid contact with substances that might cause you to be allergic, such as cold, dust mites, animal hair, pollen, certain foods or drugs
Learn to do breathing exercises, including swimming, jogging, cycling, yoga
Don't sleep too late at night
Limit excessive consumption of caffeine, not only from coffee, but also tea or other energy drinks
Eat regularly, small portions but often
Don't eat foods that contain lots of gas, such as coconut milk, fried foods, mustard greens, cabbage, and tubers
Don't worry or be overly sad
Control your emotions well
Do not smoke
Not also taking medicine
Use a mask when in contact with TB sufferers
However, if the complaint does not improve with the steps above, or other complaints appear more severe, such as chest pain, wheezing, fever, vomiting, and so on, you should check yourself directly to the doctor or a specialist in. That way, doctors can conduct a more comprehensive examination, so that if there is an illness, it can be given immediately the right treatment.
Hope this helps ...
