Hello Markie, thank you for asking with HealthReplies.com.
Previously, the doctor needed additional information about complaints that you felt like, how long did you feel the complaints, whether there was nausea, vomiting, fever, bowel obstruction?
Some things that can be the cause of your complaint include:
Stomach acid disease
Complaints that you feel can be caused by disorders of the stomach, pain in the muscles, or disorders of the heart. We recommend that if the pain is felt very great you are advised to consult directly with a general practitioner or specialist in internal medicine. Your doctor needs a physical examination directly or supporting examinations such as blood tests, ECG examinations or other examinations that suit your complaints so that your doctor can provide the best therapy or treatment for you. You can also watch for signs of danger such as excessive nausea and vomiting, bloody or black bowel movements, or severe chest pain in a heart attack.
Some things you can do:
Eating smaller but more frequent meals
Reducing foods that are too spicy, sour, oily, or contain caffeine (such as coffee / tea)
Avoid foods that contain a lot of gas such as broccoli, cabbage, sprouts, milk, or nuts
Stop smoking and consuming alcohol
Avoid excessive stress
You can try drugs to reduce stomach pain and acid such as paracetamol and antacids
Hopefully this information can be useful for you, thank you
