Repeated coughing and colds and no improvement is one sign that you have allergies. Allergies in general are not only on the skin. But it can affect several organs, such as the eyes, nose, lungs, and skin.
Allergies that cause coughs and recurrent colds are allergic rhinitis and asthma. Allergic rhinitis is an inflammation of the nose caused by an allergic reaction, rhinitis can be triggered by dust, temperature, animal hair, or pollen. Asthma is inflammation of the airways and narrowing of the airways. Asthma can be triggered by dust, temperature, animal hair and pollen. Asthma is characterized by coughing, runny nose, and shortness of breath.
In general, allergy is a disease that will never heal. Allergies can only be prevented and treat symptoms. Allergies will appear when the immune system falls and meet with allergen ingredients. Therefore, if you have allergies, you should consume multi-vitamins every day or once a month for a week so that the immune system is maintained. Consumption of minimum 8 glasses of water per day. You can also take anti-histamine drugs to reduce the symptoms of the allergy.
If there is no improvement after improving the quality of life or lifestyle changes, you can consult an ENT doctor for further physical examination.
