The Cause Of The Hand Trembles During Presentation And Sometimes Trembles Without Cause?
Tonight I want to ask why when I present something my hands are always trembling and sometimes that also happens without a cause makes me confused. Actually why is that why if the presentation might be affected by panic attacks but if I tremble without cause why why yak?
Hello, thanks for the question.
Trembling hands are a complaint that is quite often experienced. This complaint can indicate a serious condition or not. Trembling hands can be caused by anxiety or panic, cold, lack of glucose, consumption of caffeine and alcohol, or other diseases such as hyperthyroidism (a condition where thyroid hormone increases), parkinsonism, peripheral neuropathy, or it can be due to the influence of drugs. If the complaint is disturbing, especially if the complaint is getting worse, occurs continuously at rest, or tremor complaints accompanied by other complaints such as drastic weight loss, palpitations, weakness, headaches, abnormal body movements, muscles become stiff , or movements that appear to be uncontrollable should immediately consult an internist or neurologist to find out the cause of the complaint. The doctor will conduct a thorough examination and additional examinations such as blood tests, X-rays, CSTSC, MRI, etc. as needed. It's best to keep on a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy and nutritious food, get enough rest, and avoid stress, smoking, and alcohol. If you are trembling due to stress or anxiety factors you should do the relaxation and make it a habit to dare to speak in public. If excessive anxiety is experienced, you should consult a psychiatrist.
Thus, hopefully it helps.
