The Cause Of The Head Feels Heavy Accompanied By Shortness Of Breath?
Good evening, I’m a 20-year-old student. 5 days ago I checked blood pressure and pressure 140/80 and gout 9.9. After a few days resting, exercising, and controlling eating thankfully now it drops to 125/70 (haven’t yet checked for gout). But my breathing now becomes a bit heavy, and if I sit for a long time, my head feels dizzy. is this reasonable? are there some foods / tips that can reduce them?
Heavy breathing can be caused by the following factors:
Pulmonary disorders: asthma, tuberculosis, penumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Exposure to inhaled chemicals
Heart problems, such as heart attacks
Anxiety and panic attacks
Stomach acid disease
As for dizziness, it can be caused by migraines, tension headaches, hypertension, hypotension, anemia, dehydration, lack of sleep, vertigo, side effects of some drugs, and neurological disorders.
To make sure the cause of the complaint of breathing feels heavy and dizzy head requires a direct examination by a doctor. You can do the following tips to reduce your complaints:
Get enough rest
Exercise regularly but avoid exercise too heavy
Manage stress well
Don't stay up
Eat smaller portions but more often
Drink plenty of water
Reduce consumption of caffeine, salt, spicy, and avoid smoking, alcohol
If with the tips above your complaint does not improve, I suggest that you see a doctor directly so that further tests can be done to ascertain the cause. If the cause of your complaint is known, your doctor will be able to give you more appropriate medicines.
Hope it helps you,
