The Cause Of The Knee Often Feels Pain When On The Move?
Good evening, I am 19 years old, my left knee often aches lately when after I finish running in the morning and continues to ache at night. The pain I felt was on the side outside the knee, which is the left side of my left knee. I feel pain if my knees are raised either when walking, running, or when still and only lift the knee. I also gained weight from 56kg to 58kg. Does it matter or is there another cause? Please provide solutions and instructions. Thank you😊
