Hello Umi, Thank you for the question.
Have you consulted your doctor further to find out the exact cause? Your complaint can be caused by stomach acid disease. Gastric acid disease or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a condition in which stomach acid returns to the esophagus which is caused by weakening of the muscles covering the lower part of the esophagus. Some of the symptoms of GERD are heartburn or chest pain that feels hot or burning, bitter taste in the mouth, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, shortness of breath, a lump in the throat, coughing, belching. The return of gastric acid to the esophagus can cause irritation and injury to the wall of the esophagus so that it can cause blood spots when you vomit. You should immediately consult a specialist in internal medicine because further examination by a doctor is needed to ascertain the cause of these symptoms. The doctor will ask you about this complaint, examine you, and perform other tests such as blood tests, monitoring the acidity in the esophagus, X-rays, or endoscopy. After determining the cause, the new doctor can determine the appropriate treatment for you. In the meantime, please do the following:
Avoid consuming spicy and oily foods
Avoid consumption of caffeinated, fizzy, and alcoholic drinks
avoid lying down after eating
Avoid consuming large portions of food, it is recommended that you consume small but more frequent meals
manage stress well
Avoid taking drugs without doctor's advice
Hopefully this information is useful.
