Hello doctor. I have a weight related problem. For your information I’m a 23-year-old woman with a 155cm tb and a 46kg bb. If it only refers to weight and height maybe I can be said to be normal. But there is a problem where the lower body tends to be fat, while the upper part of my body is very thin. I was confused, should I try to gain weight so that my upper body part is fuller, or should I diet to reduce fat in the lower body? During this time I was afraid to gain weight because if I gained weight, the body part that is fuller is the lower body, while the upper body is very difficult to become fuller. Please advise.
