The Cause Of The Stomach Feels Tired And Bulging When Sitting?
Hello, I am 19 years old and not married yet. What I have felt lately is that my stomach feels like sitting, and my lower abdomen feels large. Even though my body is fairly thin. Why is that?
Thank you for the question.
The following are some of the possible causes of stomach upset, especially when sitting accompanied by a stomach that also feels like an enlarged:
The buildup of gas in the digestive tract, which is also accompanied by complaints of frequent belching, frequent flushing of gas, and feeling nauseous. This can be caused by consumption of foods that contain a lot of gas such as broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower. Dyspepsia syndrome. Infections of the digestive tract, which are usually characterized by diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Food intolerance, such as in milk or milk products, gluten (a type of wheat). Other digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome or inflammation of the intestine. Constipation. Obstructive disorders, such as endometriosis. Most of the causes of complaints that you mention are indeed from the digestive tract, therefore the following are tips you can do to reduce complaints:
Reducing foods that contain lots of gas, such as broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower, and soft drinks. Eat a little but often and eat in moderation. Not getting used to lying / sleeping after eating. Fulfilling nutritional needs that are nutritious and balanced and contain vitamins and minerals, as well as adequate fluid needs of at least 2 liters per day. Exercise regularly. Avoid cigarettes and alcoholic drinks. If by doing the above recommendations your condition does not improve, you can consult a doctor. Hopefully this information can help and hopefully your condition improves quickly.
