The Cause Of Thick Vaginal Discharge And Irregular Menstruation?
hello, I want to ask I have a white color that is thick and lumpy but does not smell normal or should I worry? I also sometimes experience vaginal discharge which is sticky but clear in color and makes my panties yellow, is it normal? And is menstruation if there is brown mucous or black color that looks like not normal, not like liquid, but more like granules or the like, is it still quite reasonable ? but there is no pungent odor just the usual menstrual odor, is it normal?
Hello Dibaa, thank you for asking.
Leucorrhoea can be normal vaginal discharge and abnormal vaginal discharge. Normal vaginal discharge generally occurs around the menstrual cycle, both before and after. Generally the normal vaginal discharge is clear, thin, or viscous clear. Sometimes in some people found a white vaginal discharge that is thick but without smell and itching or pain. Abnormal vaginal discharge is generally milky white, or greenish yellow, thick, accompanied by odor and itching or pain. Abnormal vaginal discharge can be caused by bacterial, viral, fungal, or protozoan infections.
Regarding the color and consistency of menstrual blood, each person can change the color and consistency of blood during the menstrual cycle. Menstrual blood can be brown or darker in color, sometimes accompanied by blood clots. As long as there is no significant increase or decrease in the amount of menstrual blood, this is likely normal.
You can consult with your obstetrician about your vaginal discharge to ascertain whether your vaginal discharge is normal or not. While this is keeping your vaginal area clean, use underwear that absorbs sweat and is too tight. Thus our short answer, hopefully useful. Regards.
