Hello Yola, thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com.
Panic attack or panic attack, as the name implies is an 'attack' of fear or anxiety suddenly and is usually triggered by certain conditions where the attack is characterized by a faster heartbeat, breathing becomes shorter, muscles become tense dizzy or trembling. This condition itself, as the definition, only appears occasionally if there is a trigger and disappears immediately after the trigger is gone. If it continues to occur, then the condition can turn into a disorder called panic disorder.
Reading your complaints, you can indeed experience a panic attack but can also experience other conditions such as panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, or paranoid. Therefore, to ascertain whether your complaint is a symptom of a psychiatric disorder or not, it is highly recommended that you consult further with a psychiatrist (psychiatrist) for an assessment of your mental status. After an assessment, then you can determine whether or not there is a psychiatric disorder, and if there is what therapy should be given to you.
In the meantime, it is highly recommended that you find out what triggers your panic triggers, avoid or minimize contact with these triggers. And it is recommended to always think positively adalam all things so as not to aggravate your condition. When complaints are felt, immediately focus your mind on other things that are more positive and calm yourself.
I hope this helps.
