Hello. I am 16 years old. Sometimes I have many problems at home with my parents. When the problem is not raised I will feel normal. But when the problem was discussed. I will feel prolonged emotions and sadness. Like days. If there are things that trigger my emotions. I can even think of hurting myself. At such times I will go down once and distance myself from the surroundings. Sometimes I also become unable to sleep because I feel sad. I find it difficult to concentrate at school.
