The Chest Until The Heartburn Feels Sore?

After school I have to prepare for school activities until evening, so my eating schedule is irregular and my sleeping pattern is messy. I previously had stomach acid. And today I feel short of breath but my chest feels sore and hot to the solar plexus area. If the breath feels short and sore. But that’s not always the case. It only lasts for a few minutes, then it can recur later. Does this have something to do with my stomach acid? Or maybe there are other symptoms? thank you
