The Duration Of Healing Of The Nonoperative Rib Fracture?
MOTHER. The doctor wants to ask .. My mother had an accident with me yesterday. Then my mother broke 2 fractures in her right back rib … I didn’t have surgery but twisted it like that … now it’s still painful .. Is that a fast process how many days to recover? And how do I fix it
hello .. thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com
In general, injuries to the ribs are due to trauma or impact so that they are fractured or broken and cause pain when inhaling, moving around and bending the body, and when pressed. if the impact is not too strong, generally the rib injury will heal well. how long the process of full recovery, of course, depends on the condition or how severe the injury was and there are no contributing factors to the situation. however, keep in mind that it is not recommended to tightly wrap the circle of the chest or the area of the injury as this can cause failure of the lungs to expand and difficulty breathing. if the complaint is not reduced and worsens with symptoms, shortness of breath, coughing, chest pain and high fever. You should check your mother to the doctor for a physical examination, X-rays and get the right treatment. things you can do is position your mother as comfortable as possible, avoid over-activity, take pain relievers such as paracetamol if needed, regularly check with the doctor to check the condition of the injury.
that's all .. hope that helps ..
