Hello Butet, Thank you for the question.
Has the animal left your ear? If this animal is still in the ear, then it is a matter of the face if you have hearing loss (hard of hearing). The hearing process requires ear canals which are not inhaled by anything including earwax. Sound waves captured by the auricle will enter the ear canal, forwarded to the eardrum. Sound waves that hit the eardrum will vibrate the hearing bones which are then transmitted to the cochlea (hearing organ), vibrate the fluid in the cochlea. These cochlear fluid vibrations will stimulate the hair cells in it and these sound waves will be converted as signals to be transmitted to the auditory nerve, which in turn signals to the brain until someone can hear. If there are obstacles in the ear canal such as the presence of dirt or foreign objects, the sound waves that are transmitted to the eardrum are blocked so that you will experience hearing loss (such as blockages). In addition, if this animal causes inflammation of the ear canal so that the ear canal becomes swollen, then this condition can also cause disruption of sound waves.
Please consult your doctor immediately so that the doctor can examine your ear and remove the animal from your ear. The doctor will then examine your ear for further inflammation in the ear. If needed the doctor will provide treatment to overcome this condition. Later on, if an animal / insect enters the ear, you can put vegetable oil in your ear. If the animal / insect has stopped moving / died, you can try to put water into your ear so that the animal / insect can get out of the ear. Please see your doctor immediately if you are unable to remove the animal. Do not put any object in the ear so as not to push the animal deeper into the ear.
Hopefully this information is useful.
