The Ears Release Yellow To Reddish Fluid?
I want to ask at first my ears release a yellow liquid but the longer it turns to bleed but only slightly and not accompanied by pain. Is my ear severe or not? You see, it was like this two years ago after it recovered and now it has recurred. What is the right medicine? Thank you
Hello Aditia, Thank you for the question.
Fluid accompanied by blood from the ear can be accompanied by symptoms of earache, the ear feels full, hearing loss, tinnitus, fever. Fluid that comes with blood should not be underestimated because these symptoms can indicate a more serious condition of the ear disorders. These symptoms can be caused by:
injury to the ear that causes a torn ear drum barotrauma external ear infection (otitis externa) middle ear infection (otitis media) Given the symptoms that have happened before, you should now immediately consult a doctor nearest ENT. The doctor needs to do a brief interview and examine your ear. After confirming, the new doctor can provide further treatment that suits your condition. For now, please keep your ears clean and dry and avoid putting anything in your ear. You can clean the liquid that comes out of the ear on the outside of the ear only.
I hope this helps.
