The Edge Of The Nipple When Pressed Squeezed Pus?
Hello, I kris I am 21 years old to ask my complaints, 2 days ago I experienced a throbbing in my nipple area and after I saw and I was in pain, I tried to find out I pressed my nipples turned out at the edge of the nipple I put pus out, already 1 Weeks pus out, pus comes out a little, and last night I checked into a doctor, but the doctor did not state what symptoms I was only given medication, please answer the real cause of what? I wonder why?
Thank you for the question.
Nipples that feel throbbing, feel painful, and produce pus are more likely to indicate an infection, for example due to acne, folliculitis, shingles, abscesses, fungus, and so on. This infection is closely related to poor personal hygiene or contact with sufferers of other skin infections. It could be that this infection occurs secondary to other skin conditions, such as contact dermatitis, benign or malignant tumors (including breast cancer), fibrocystic changes, skin tags, hyperkeratosis, and so on.
To be given the best treatment, we recommend that you consult yourself directly to the doctor. It could be, later you are referred to a dermatologist or surgeon for further treatment.
In the meantime, try first to do the following at home:
Improve the cleanliness of your breasts and body, including by showering and changing your bra and clothes regularly
Do not hold the nipples, let alone squeeze or peel them, with dirty hands
Don't wear tight clothes or bras
Warm compresses with painful, throbbing nipples
Hope this helps ...
