, I used to experience unpleasant social conditions ranging from being bullied to fake friends who only came when needed and were considered to be beneficial at times, so I started to not easily believe in irritability and mood swings, I experienced this condition 1 year after graduating high school. I want to ask the emergence of resentment and anger and this changing mood is called mental disorder ??
Hello, Fray. thanks in advance for the question.
Mental disorders are actually a general term used to describe various conditions that affect mood, ways of thinking, and behavior. Mental disorders can include mood disorders (depression, mania, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders, personality disorders, etc. Mental disorders themselves are very broad, every person must have experienced problems that cause feelings and moods to change to make it feel like stress and pressure, but each person has a different severity and different ways of handling. To state the presence / absence of mental disorders in a person, there are several conditions or conditions that are met in each of these disorders, so as to establish a diagnosis of mental disorders it can not be done haphazardly. For that reason, if you feel that there is a rapid change in mood, thoughts or anger or emotions that are less stable, we recommend that you can consult directly with a doctor or psychiatrist. Your doctor or psychiatrist will be able to see and help you understand the condition that you are experiencing, can also do the right treatment that you might need so that your condition will get better.
Thus the information that we can convey, may be useful.
