The Eyes Feel Sore And Runny From Working With A Laptop?
Hello I want to ask, lately both of my eyes are often a little runny and sore when the morning, before I did often work with a laptop. Since my eyes are often red and sore I reduce my activity in using gadgets and laptops. But still nothing has changed, in the morning my eyes still achy. Is that a minus sign or is there another eye disturbance?

We understand the inconvenience of your complaint.
Regarding the condition you are experiencing, we suspect your eyes have abnormal dry eye syndrome. The disorder is characterized by red eyes, feeling sore or wedged with more and more frequent than normal eye discharge. This condition is reinforced by the history of activities that you often do, which is facing the laptop monitor screen or gadget for too long. These activities can increase the risk of tired and dry eyes due to reduced blinking reflexes when staring at the gadget / laptop screen.
Other conditions such as refractive disorders (nearsightedness and farsightedness), eye irritation, conjunctival infections (conjunctivitis) to glaucoma may also be one of the causes because they have several similar symptoms.
We recommend that you do an eye examination directly to the eye specialist to get an evaluation / examination and appropriate treatment.
Avoid staring at the screen of gadgets or laptops for too long, use anti-radiation glasses that are enough to help reduce radiation or rays from the monitor screen directly, avoid rubbing your eyes too much, and do not provide fluids or products that are believed to help cure from the perceived disturbance.
Thus the information we can convey, hopefully helps
