Then when I see sunlight I always tilt my head. I think why? After I checked with the eye doctor, he said it was okay

1 Answer:

Hello Ogiagus,

Human sense of sight can see an object if you have a healthy eye condition, there are objects and sufficient light. Light in this case plays an important role in the visual process. Because if the light received by the eye is very little or vice versa, it will interfere with the visual process.

What you experience is the body's natural response to prevent excessive light entering the eye. So you don't need to worry about this condition, yes, if you are often in the sun or are often exposed to direct sunlight, you should use a hat, umbrella or glasses that can ward off UV rays so that you don't harm your eyes.

I hope this information is helpful,
