The Face Is Rarely Spotty, Is It Normal?

ok. my name is ferra. I’d like to ask. I’m 18 years old. My face is still clean, which means I don’t have acne. Most just breakouts and 3-5 days are gone. Am I normal? Honestly, I myself don’t like makeup, and I use facial creams that teenagers now use. I appear as I am. At most I use fairu0026lovely cream and the powder is also baby powder. What I ask is am I normal?
1 Answer:
Hi Vera Jensen,
At the age of puberty where there is an increase in hormonal activity due to entering puberty, it is common for a teenager, both male and female, to develop acne. Acne itself is an infectious condition that occurs on the surface of the skin due to a blockage in the pores on the surface of the skin. Some of the risk factors for acne include:
Poor facial hygiene such as not liking to wash your face after activities or after using makeup
Oily skin
Stress
Hormonal activity in women, such as before menstruation or during pregnancy
But not all teenagers also experience acne so what you are experiencing is normal. On dry facial skin, it is generally difficult for the skin to appear acne because less oil is produced on the face so that it is rare for the blockage of facial pores to occur.
Some steps that can be taken to prevent acne from appearing include:
Wash your face regularly 2 times a day or every time you do outdoor activities
Avoid changing facial makeup brands
Eat healthy and nutritious foods, avoid foods that contain high fat
Avoid excessive stress
Avoid smoking
Get enough rest
I hope this information is helpful.
