please ask. . why yes, my forehead always wrinkles automatically. . even though I am relaxed but I often say his face is really dirty. .and I also often have trouble smiling. . . when I want to smile but my face feels stiff to smile and often has headaches around the forehead. so many say my smile is unnatural. Does it have anything to do with nerves? I tried searching on google, I found the term bell palsy but the symptoms were different because my face was not stiff half d was not tilted. Bell's palsy is weakness or paralysis of one side of the facial muscles which causes that side of the face to appear to be drooping (asymmetry). This condition is temporary, although the underlying cause is not clear. Apart from facial asymmetry, here are other symptoms of bell's palsy:

decreased sense of taste
easily salivate on the side of the mouth where muscle weakness / paralysis occurs
the inside of the mouth feels dry
headache and dizziness

eating / drinking and speaking disorders
