I want to ask, I’ve been a donor for a week. but bruised and swollen. then my hand can’t straighten if I straighten the pain is excruciating. I can not see a berar angkt vehicle either. for Mr PN, it’s hard for me. I’ve checked and I was told to a neurologist. did my donor do wrong procedure ??
Hello Dwi Dian,
The condition that you convey leads to a state of phlebitis. Namely inflammation of the veins (veins), can be caused due to infusion, blood donation, injury to blood vessels, or due to blood loss. The pain you feel can be caused by blood vessels that are still inflamed or nerves that were injured during the blood donation procedure.
To be sure, doctors need to do a direct examination. If you have previously checked with a general practitioner and are advised to see a neurologist, there is nothing wrong. The doctor will check your nerve function to confirm your diagnosis.
while it is better to avoid lifting heavy weights, do warm compresses around areas that are affected by inflammation and if you smoke it should be better to reduce or stop.
