However, I still coughed up blood until 3 weeks ago I was hospitalized again. And checked the sputum, the doctor said positive pulmonary TB +++. Then I was given the drug for 6 months, namely RIFAMPICIN150, ISONIAZID 75, PYRAZINAMIDE 400, ETHAMBUTOL HYDROCHLORIDE 275. in 1 tablet I drank 3 seeds .. But what I want to ask why my headache doesn’t go away since 6 months ago ,? The pain behind the ear is frequent. And now it often cramps when I get a piercing while sleeping. Just yesterday, I checked for uric acid, the doctor said that my uric acid was a bit high … So what are the causes of this headache behind my ear?
Hello Hendriawan, Thank you for the question.
Pain that is felt in the head can be caused by:
migraine tension headaches cluster headaches ear infection mastoiditis. namely an infection of the mastoid bone behind the ear, a tooth infection. To find out the cause of the headache you feel, it needs examination by a doctor. The doctor needs to know more about your complaints, for example about the characteristics of headaches, headache triggers, things that can reduce headaches, and other symptoms you experience. After knowing your complaint, the doctor will perform a physical examination. If necessary, the doctor will carry out further tests such as blood tests, CT scans, or MRI of the head to find the cause. Further treatment will be given after the doctor determines the medical condition that underlies your complaint.
In the meantime, try to identify headache triggers and avoid them. Don't forget to rest enough, increase nutritious food, and consume enough water. Managing stress well can also help you. Please take paracetamol if the headache gets worse.
I hope this helps.
