The Headache Doesn’t Go Away With Cold Sweat?
Good afternoon. I am a 23 year old woman, I work as a factory worker. I felt sick from 3 days ago, then I checked with the doctor 2 days ago. I talk about my complaints. Then the doctor told me I had gastric disease. I routinely take the medicine, but until now my headaches don’t go away and sometimes it hurts a lot. Then I often broke out in cold sweat. Is it okay to continue like that?
If from the doctor's examination you experience gastric disorders, then to overcome this you need to take medication as recommended, reduce your stress level and avoid foods or drinks that are too spicy and acidic and foods that contain gas such as cabbage, sweet potatoes, soft drinks.
However, the headache and cold dryness you feel can be a sign that you have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels), so if you feel these complaints, you can try consuming sugary drinks such as sweet tea water, or carbohydrate foods such as biscuits or bread. These complaints can also be caused by the body being too tired so that the body gives signals for you to rest.
If you still feel complaints, even to the point of interfering with your activities, then you should check yourself again. Get well soon
