The Inner Hand Feels Sore And Sore?
My right hand is in it with a lot of pain and pain. But still moveable. Only pain inside. What caused it? And what is the cure?
Which side of the hand hurts? Have you had any previous injuries? Hand pain can come from muscles, bones, joints, ligaments, and nerves. Some of the possible causes of pain in the hands include:
History of injury / trauma to the hand
Arthritis / arthritis, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout
Muscle fatigue due to exertion
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Nerve compression disorders
To ascertain the cause of the pain and pain you feel requires an examination directly by a doctor. In the meantime you can do the following tips:
Rest the painful hand and avoid strenuous activities that involve the hands
Cold compress for the first 3 days if there is a history of injury, the next warm compress
Use topical pain relievers if necessary
Take an oral pain reliever if necessary
Stretch and warm up before exercising
If within 3-7 days the pain complaints do not get better, I suggest that you check with the doctor directly so that further tests can be done to determine the cause of the pain and ailments. Additional tests that may be done, such as blood tests, X-rays, EMG, CT scans, and MRI if needed. The next treatment will be adjusted to the results of the examination both with drugs and physiotherapy if necessary.
