Hello! Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com

Chest pain can be caused by several of the following reasons:

Return of gastric acid to the esophagus / reflux gastroesophagus Chest muscle pain Aortic wall tears Coronary heart disease Inflammation of the heart lining Lung inflammation Inflammation of the lungs Pulmonary attack etc.
To ensure the exact cause, you should first consult a general practitioner for a direct physical examination. If necessary the doctor will refer you to a particular expert doctor for further tracking.

As for what you should do is:
Limit consumption of fatty foods Get enough rest, sleep 7-8 hours a day Exercise especially aerobic type 3-5 times a week. But first limit excessive exercise, especially those involving the chest muscles. Avoid lifting heavy weights first. Overcome stress well. Limit consumption of spicy foods, acids, coffee. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid sleeping less than two hours after eating.
That's all the explanation from me, hopefully it helps and useful :)
