The Lower Back Is Painful When Standing For Too Long?
excuse me doctor
Sports activities to get into shape that your child does is actually good. With the right exercise and the right diet, the posture can be maintained and the body can be more fit and healthy. The most important thing is not to force yourself to do strenuous sports beyond your ability. The intensity and frequency of exercise can be increased according to the ability of the body.
Low back pain can or may not be related to exercise. There are several factors that can cause low back pain including:
DOMS / delayed onset uscle soreness, which usually occurs when someone hasn't been exercising for a long time and then does sports without warming up enough
Muscle pain and injury
Previous history of injury to bones and joints
Nucleus pulposus hernia
Spinal deformities such as scoliosis
Other diseases such as kidney disease
To help reduce back pain, your child can do the following tips:
Warm up first before exercising
Get enough rest
Apply topical pain reliever as needed
Take pain relievers if necessary
Avoid massaging the affected area too hard
Exercise according to the body's ability
If within 3 days back pain is still being felt, it is better for your child to see a doctor directly so that further tests can be done to ascertain the cause of the pain and so that your child can be given maximum treatment.
Hope this helps,
