The Lump Feels Pain Under The Chin When Thrush Occurs In The Mouth?
Good night. I want the drink, I have sprue and after 2 days my lower chin aches when I press it or let it go, but I have read one of the complaints in one of the HealthReplies.com comments there, the doctor said if there is a wound in oral cavity then the first to respond is the gland in the chin whether the sprue is included in the said wound. Thank you …
The emergence of lower chin pain can indeed be caused by enlargement or inflammation of the lymph nodes (lymphadenopathy / lymphadenitis), but that does not mean every complaint of chin pain must be due to the condition but it can also be caused by several things:
Pain due to physical trauma Infection or inflammation of the skin or tissue around the chin Inflammation of the salivary glands (parotitis) Direct examination is needed to ascertain the cause of your complaint so you should consult a doctor if the complaint is very disturbing or persistent. The doctor will ask for a history of your complaints, do a physical examination or supporting examinations such as blood or neck ultrasound.
If indeed the condition is caused by enlarged lymph nodes then it generally does not require specific treatment because it will improve over time. However, if the complaint is caused by inflammation or infection, appropriate antibiotics and other drugs such as NSAID class antihypertensive drugs should be given to resolve your complaint.
