lately I have experienced branching thoughts, when I eat, sit or sleep, I always have thoughts that are branching in my mind, it feels like talking to myself in my heart, but what I do is not in those thoughts, and that feeling makes me uncomfortable, i feel like a sorry person (not sane). I also often have blank stares, and often forget, Please help, what should I do.
