The Neck Feels Sore And Tense And The Body Is Stiff?
Hello, I want to ask why it’s been almost a month my neck hurts and is tense. The pain is better if you stick it on the patch but it hurts if you don’t. A few days before the pain reached the back and pain in the hip but was given a fever patch the pain subsided. And these 2 days have been painful swallowing and rather warm around the neck to the shoulders. I have a history of Chronic heartburn and paratypus. So I often consume vitamin C. And in the past month I often sneezed after taking cold medicine and vitamins, which never healed. I am afraid that my neck pain is not because of the bed because it has been replaced but it still hurts. And instead become stiff bodies, feeling very lazy. Please answer, what should I do. thank you
The onset of pain around the neck can be caused by various things, which are as follows:
As a result of tense muscles, sleeping position, sitting or standing uncomfortable
As a result of disruption in the joints, for example arthritis gout or calcification
As a result of disorders of the spine, for example pinched nerves (HNP)
Related to certain medical conditions such as fibromyalgia
Pain due to incorrect position or posture is generally mild and gradually improves with time or with the consumption of over-the-counter painkillers. In neck pain that persists or feels very severe should be examined by a doctor because it can be related to more serious conditions.
The doctor will ask for a history of your complaint, conduct a physical examination and supporting examinations such as blood or X-ray examination to ascertain the cause of your complaint. If your complaint is caused by a muscle or bone disorder, your doctor may prescribe NSAID-class pain medications such as sodium diclofenac and muscle relaxants such as eperisone.
If the complaint is caused by a spinal disorder such as calcification (osteoarthritis), the doctor can prescribe painkillers, physiotherapy procedures or surgery if needed.
The following recommendations for you:
Avoid conditions that can trigger complaints
